Just one kilometre away, picture perfect Rippon Vineyard is a classy alternative venue. For an authentic rural Wanaka wedding, the woolshed at Glendhu Station has mature gardens and stunning mountain scenery.  As an accommodation base, Wanaka Homestead can comfortably sleep up to 21 people in king, super-king or twin beds, with the option of a further 6 occasional-use beds and 3 cots. Imagine a buffet or sit down meal prepared by external caterers, games in the courtyard, a post wedding family breakfast, a huge outdoor log fire and a barbecue, or watching shooting stars with 10 of your best friends from the huge outside hot tub. For the bride and groom, the master room has a California King bed, fresh cut flowers, fine linen and en-suite double shower and basins. Your stay couldn’t be more comfortable.
